·         Strong in Programming in PHP and good with Server side programming

·         Good in front end technologies such as HTML4/5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX

·         Software design experience using object-oriented patterns, and other dev principles Good with MySQL and MSSQL,

·         Experience with, Apache, Linux, Ubuntu preferred Experience with MVC Frameworks (Codelgniter, Zend) Experience with Web) Good understanding of Web Services and SOA

·         Good understanding of web applications, particularly B2C Applications

·         Exposure to Insurance domain desirable

·         Must possess Analytical and Logical skills

·         Good with written and spoken English

·         Willingness and ability to train and teach other developers
